Eva’s Senior Session 2025
I love it when I get to work with students from schools that are “new to me”! Eva came to me from a previous client referral. North Catholic is an amazing private school in the Pittsburgh area. It was so fun working with her during our late June session.
Eva picked some amazing and iconic places around Pittsburgh PA. One of the most popular places for her school (North Catholic High School) to take senior portraits is the Hartwood Acres Mansion at the Allegheny County park Hartwood Acres. I love shooting in the park and garden and in several spots that highlight the mansion.
Eva’s mom had the great idea to bring a red (colors of the NCHS) cap and gown for Eva to have some “cap and gown” style photos for her senior year! This is a great idea and don’t worry that you won’t have those items until next spring, You can order them inexpensively from amazon! Just type in your school’s colors and you will have your perfect graduation prop!! Ask about this when you book your session this year. I will have a few colors of gowns from years past that we can use during our time out on our shoot!
We had a quick stop at the ever iconic “PPG PLACE”. The beautiful Pittsburgh Icon square is a great place to feature if you love Pittsburgh and the “urban streets feel”!
Our last stop and still one of my favorite spots in Pittsburgh that is more rare of a location is the Smithfield Street Bridge. This iconic Blue Pittsburgh Bridge is an amazing spot to watch the sunset, and always provides a unique and fabulous view of the side of the city and where the rivers connect!
I’d love to hear all of your favorite spots in Pittsburgh when you I call you to book your senior photography session! Here’s a link to get on the phone and chat.
