Shoot times and days: I shoot Senior Portraits during the last hours prior to natural sundown: depending on the time of year. Most Sessions are held weeknights: I have a few weekend dates. These will sell out first. When you retain you will pick your date. This can be adjusted fluidly up until the month prior to your session, according to my OPEN availability.

Session Fees (the portion of the cost that includes the hours shooting and my time editing your amazing images) will always be due prior to your session as a retainer. Fee starts at $250 and goes up for additional locations and hours of shooting.
Here’s How!
1:)Retain a Date & Sign a Booking Contract. (Retainer (Goes towards Session fee) $250 collected when booking & securing your Date with me.
2:)Required Student & Parent Survey: This is non-optional. We plan our time together down to the minute, and I want YOU to have a blast shooting where you want to shoot!
3.) Unlimited phone consultations, a location picker, an amazing planned out shoot day or days, with lots of referrals for and even help picking outfits and props. Come between booking and the shoot!
4:) Any Session Balance due 4 days prior your Shoot.
4:) Shoot! Your Epic multi location- totally customized shoot day: and it’s all planned out down to the outfits (if that’s your thing!)
5.) Your amazing returned gallery!! – This is when you schedule your sit down with me at the studio and pick all of your prints and packages: and order anything you had picked out pre-shoot! I will even help with yearbook photo selections and submission!
6.) Your not done! Your gallery will stay posted until June of your senior season! You can order graduation cards, yard signs… and gifts right up until you leave your high school!
I love to go around Pittsburgh getting some of the kid’s favorite spots and even heading into the woods for some awesome nature themed pictures. We can chat about getting onto your teams sports field in the evening for some fun “Friday nights lights” style shots. I have a survey as well as a phone or zoom consultation with families in order to plan out exactly what you will love!

“How will you showcase your favorite things?” Any items that represent you, your sport, your hobbies or your favorite things BRING THEM! We will find a way to creatively incorporate them into your session. If you play a sport and want to get into the gym or onto the field: Let’s do it!
All sessions include headshot retouching of blemishes, and professionally hand edited of all the images that will be delivered in a digital Shootproof gallery AND Presented at a scheduled Ordering Appointment! You will be able to order prints and products RIGHT from your gallery: and download your purchased files with one click until MAY of the year your senior graduates.

Every School is different. Each has special rules for the yearbook portrait you submit. Make sure I know your schools rules. Everything from deadline to submission to crop factor is important. Once you’ve picked THE ONE, I fine tune the crop, do close up editing on some of the little details, and email submit (or per school’s instructions) to your school!
What’s an “Ordering appointment?”
Let me show you what your photos would look like blown up and see all the samples of my amazing products that are prefect for showcasing your Senior images! Ordering appointments can be made as soon as 2 weeks after your gallery is returned all the way until May of your students senior year!!
Senior year is a once in a lifetime coming of age event. My senior picture sessions range in length depending on the needs and desires of the senior. I offer purchasable printing packages, purchasable digital rights for printing, and full sized digital downloads of all digitally returned images! Digital and print packages start at $450. Your Session is designed to be “just the beginning” of your memory capturing AWESOME SENIOR YEAR!! All Senior Bookings will offer “pop-up” location mini sessions like Headshots at the Studio and Prom at the Park! These pop up session will have a small fee and the photos will be added to the seniors finished photo gallery so they can be added to albums etc!

POP-UP Session Opportunities.
Prom, “Cap and Gown”, and Family Short’s will be happening all though out your senior season. When you book a Senior Session with me, I will keep you in the loop for all these inexpensive quick session opportunities. Short Sessions are a great way to capture some of your top memories of your senior year!
