The Sewickley Studio is Larger Than Life Photography!!
Any type of Session can be held in the Studio!
Located above Beaver Street right in the heart of Sewickley, is this perfectly quant Photography Studio. Within the space I have a backdrop system with lots of colorful solid paper back drops perfect for head and modeling shots! It’s also a great space to capture families who want solid or very uncluttered studio portraits!
“In Home Sessions” got you feeling anxious?! Hold your newborn or milestone session in the Sewickley Studio, and leave the decorating, clean up and set up to me! Mini session will be held in this space many times per year so get on my “mini session” email list if you are wanting to “try it out” without committing to a full Studio session!
All Studio Sessions require a survey in order to make sure we optimize our time and use EXACTLY what you want while we shoot in the space.

A little fine print on the Studio rental (for those wanting to use it but not using ME as their photographer:
*All walls in the living room/ backdrop room are painted matte white. One wall has white brick. All props and furnishings can be moved any where within the space to make it exactly what you need for your session. Most furniture and props are set to the sides, creating space to to “move around” when you arrive in the space.
MAKE SURE you give yourself enough time to SET UP the studio for your usage!! DO NOT expect to arrive and have items “placed or set” up how you want to shoot them.
The Studio is conveniently located on the second floor overlooking Beaver Street in Sewickley PA! The Studio does not have it’s own parking. The Studio has an entrance that is stairs only off of Beaver Street next to the Toy Store. The Studio is NOT a “natural light” type space. It has one room (12×15′) That is lit by two 6 foot windows that face east. It does have a studio constant on lamp on a c-stand that can be move about in the space. It also has a VFlat, that anyone can use for reflection. Bulbs and stobe are recommended in the space. I find it a great space for bounce flash because all the walls and ceilings are painted white.
*Studio can be rented on any available day for up to 9 hours total, 1 hour minimum. Studio is $45 per hour Monday-Thursday and $55 per hour Friday-Sunday. Studio is not available for 1 hour blocks on the weekends.
*Set up, tear down and cleaning must happen during your booked time: when in doubt rent up an hour to ensure you have plenty of time to set up and clean up.
*Your credit card will be charged when you book a slot for your studio. This payment is non-refundable. Ask about a reschedule if issues arise for you: your fee may be transferable to a different available time and date if done so w/i two weeks of your rental.
*Studio is video monitored and insured. *Anyone failing to clean up or leave on time will be charged variable fees depending on what step is skipped. Leaving late or coming into the studio early will have a $55 fee applied to the renters on file credit card.
*You need to have insurance for your equipment and body, and have a credit card placed on file to book. When you have picked your slot and paid: you will need to fill out a usage contract within 24 hour to secure your slot.
*Studio has a max occupancy of 10 people at a time. Dogs must be under 120 pounds. Food and drink are allowed but spills must be cleaned up (like they didn’t happen) and spills or stains on upholstery may be charged a damage or cleaning fee if un cleanable damage occurs.
*A Bed Set up (for Boudoir and Newborns Sessions) can be ordered ahead of time for an additional set up and tear down fee of $60. A 26 inch Queen sized air mattress (with a black base) and black metal headboard with white bedding and confronter will be set up in the space prior to your arrival.
*You can currently book the studio out 6 months in advance, so Plan those mini sessions now!
