Studio Rental Information
Fully accessible space with ample free parking, with 24 hour security inside the Penn Brewery Building
Lighting – two useable Godox constant on lights. V-flat for reflection (strobe/flash recommended)
Wednesday–Sunday: $60/ hour
Rental Rates:
Setup & cleanup must be within booked time
Minimum rental: 2 hours | Max rental: 9 hours
Payment is non-refundable – All Bookings though the Peerspace site.
Important Policies:
Max occupancy: 15 people | Dogs under 120 lbs allowed
Early access or late leaving : $75 fee
Cleaning & damages: Must leave space as found, or fees may apply
Insurance required – Equipment & liability insurance needed to book
