Types of events that are common to have photographers on site for: baby showers and wedding showers, Prom & Homecoming photos, first birthday parties, common milestone, birthdays, retirement, and graduation open houses, baptism and communion receptions, and just about any other big get together you want to capture in memories without being the one to stress about capturing it!
What type of photo memories do you want from your event? How about a picture of your one year-old, smashing their cake? What about the moment when you crack open those gender reveal props letting everyone know you’re having a baby boy or girl? How about the beautiful photos of you hugging your great grandma at your bridal shower after she gives you a gift that is irreplaceable and from the heart.
When you hire me to capture your personal event think of me as your own private paparazzi. I will be there all day or for as many hours as needed to catch all the details and all the special moments that I can. The questionnaire and a phone consultation will happen before your event so that I’m capturing everything that you would like, and nothing that you do not care to have remembered. The first hour of basic coverage is $450 an hour. Hours can be added, a photo-booth backdrop can be added, digital enhancements from your event can be added to returned photos, photo rights for your guests can be added. Photos and print rights can be purchased. Additional hours of coverage change based on how many, and what is needed to be captured. The average investment for most events is $1500 and incudes 2+ hours forever memory capturing coverage, your favorite digitals, some prints and even a book or other printed products. Each event is priced “A La Carte” so you are only investing in what you would like captured for your event.

It’s pretty simple. I know what you’re thinking.. “NO WAY Heidi it’s not. Weddings are aggressively complicated.” AND-THAT is true! But with the right plan in place, the right questions asked and the right photographer, your wedding coverage doesn’t have to be complicated. I offer coverage for two types of days.
How Larger That Life Photography Does Weddings:
- “All-in” editorial coverage that will spend a lot less time lining people up for cringy photos that no one wants, and more time capturing the details of your day: how you want them captured.
- A great plan that will use a couple of meetings, a phone call and great communication to make sure everyone is on the same page (at least in the photography) on your epic day!
- Double cards, Double Cameras, insured equipment, over 5 years of capturing epic events & professional portraits in the city of Pittsburgh, I’m committed & professional!
- Wide angles, bright colors & no “greened out” or “browned out” photos! Yes, I will be in your face during our time together, BUT the best paparazzi are! Think of me as part of the background: YES I will be there in your business BUT by the second hour, you wont notice me. I wanna tell your story, and I have to be in it and very present to do that!
- I can book out to 2 years out, SO if your date is set, reach out and we can start our journey today!! I offer a discounted engagement shoot & can even show up for your proposal IF I HAVE availability!

Corporate & Business Events
Does your small business or charity need a photographer at your next epic event? Are you having a tradeshow or a street fair that you were sponsoring and you would love to use the photos in future advertisement? Do you need a photographer at your next sponsored event?
Corporate and business event capture is one of the epic types of photography, larger than life photography does all the time. This type of capture is great for website building, keeping your social, medias, fashion, up-to-date, advertising for future events, and showing your clients, the types of fun things, your business is up to!
Corporate event capture starts at $450 per hour, and it set an hourly rate. Similar add ons (like photo backdrops or photo-booths) and other upgrades can be added for no additional fee. Corporate event capture is limited to three hour block. All returned digital photos will include reproduction rights to one client only. A $100 travel fee will be charged for any event taking place more than 15 miles from the city center of Pittsburgh.
What is captured is completely up to your company. This could be a mix of products, people enjoying the event, Photo Booth photos, street photography, awards, capture, and even portraits of groups of folks enjoying the event. 30% retainer is always taken to help the date with the balance being due before the event starts. All photos will include larger than life photography basic editing. Additional retouching can be added per digital file. Full resolution files (the type that Kim be placed on huge surfaces like billboards or banners can be purchased for $150 per file). All files (included in the session cost.) will be returned at medium resolution sharpened for the web..
